Heizhugou · Ganmo Aniu

Our work in Heizhugou began with a question of access. The landscape had clear limits on development; we explored how its culture could offer visitors a meaningful way in.

Ganmo Aniu, a goddess of beauty in local Yi culture, became the centre of our work on Ebian’s city identity. Her story gave us a way to connect the place, its culture and the visitor’s first impression.

We also surveyed an existing forestry road. That part remained fieldwork, while the cultural products were realised. Both experiences continue to inform how we weigh an idea against the conditions of a place.

黑竹溝有珍貴的自然，也有開發的邊界。我們當時思考的是：除了修路、建設，還有甚麼方式，能讓人開始認識這裡？

在當地彝族文化裡，我們找到美神甘嫫阿妞，並以她為核心打造峨邊的城市 IP。讓人先記住她，再從她的故事，慢慢走進這片土地。

我們也走過通往山裡的林場路，親自了解進入自然需要面對的條件。文化如何被感受，一條路可以走到哪裡，都需要回到現場判斷。她是黑竹溝的鑰匙，而如何使用這把鑰匙，同樣需要分寸。
